Meet Dr. Jane creator and CEO of LeWabo Inspirational Movies
One of Dr. Jane’s favorite past times is watching movies. However, when she watched these movies, she realized she did not enjoy the messages displayed. This provoked her inner-self to do something different, do something meaningful. These thoughts birthed the international multicultural platform Lewabo.
“Lewabo is where you can come to watch movies with a purpose,” said Dr. Jane “I want you to feel good about what you’re watching,” she states.
Originally from Nigeria, Dr. Jane settled in Riverside, California to start her career journey working as a mental health nurse. She then opened a medical school in Riverside where (as of 2022) over 10,000 students have graduated and she has a 95% passing rate in the state of California! WOW!
Adding to her credentials, she is also an ordained minister. “ I feel like my purpose is spreading the love of God,” she says. This gave her the fuel to do something more meaningful mixed with something she loved and Lewabo is a reflection of both of those things.
Lewabo meaning “look now and be inspired” features an array of inspirational movies from various places all over the world. Every film featured on the site has an underlying positive message that will make you feel good about what you’re watching.
“I feel that LeWabo is my ministry and calling,” says Dr. Jane.
